Well, after a detailed analysis (don't look at me like that, it was for science's sake), it appears that she was lacking in said undergarment at the moment of 'Boinggg'ing... or at least it was a front clasp which would now be a front broke.

It just goes to show that if you're happy with yourself, good things happen. Or, in this case, two good things.
