Tetragrammaton Labyrinth - Reading direction? :3

Hi, I'm new to these forums, so, uhh, cut me some slack. :)

OKAY, so. I'm really interested in Tetragrammaton Labyrinth and I just have a stupid little question: is the reading direction western style or the actual Japanese way? I'm just curious. Are all Seven Sea manga releases read in the original format?

Tetragrammaton Labyrinth reads Japanese-style (i.e. Right-to-Left).
