At least he doesn't think he's from...*tries to think* Okay, I can't think of any other manga series he could believe he's from. The one that comes to mind is Gantz, given what I've heard about it.

Here's a little more local colour. It's not quite on the same scale as the Republican Faction's well-financed and -equipped insurgency that the Social Welfare Agency battles - to say the least! - but there has at least been one real blow struck in the struggle for Padanian independence.
