Sort of expected Brandy to end up like that. Not that I am faulting her, especially if there was little to no chance of rekindling their relationship it is only fair to 'move on' as it were. Time has progressed significantly for these two. Poor Roxie is going to get even more frustrated though (lesbian equivalent of blue balls?).

Makes one wonder, if Roxie wasn't on a date with with Brandy when Roxie's picture was taken in that princess costume, why was Roxie in the costume?

I'm hoping this farce doesn't lead to heartbreak. Zadie never mislead Roxie into thinking this was a romantic date, but that's how things are playing out. There might be the slightest possibility of bicuriosity on her part, but maybe through a series of coincidences things never get sexual, but Roxie might gain some confidence in dating so she won't feel so terrible if it doesn't work out.

Having recently reread Menage a 3, my love for Roxie has doubled. I adore her and am so glad she's playing an even bigger role in PTC. <3 <3 <3

Were they working? I don't know if Canada has English-style pantomime, but that looks a lot like the ending of Cinderella, the sort of roles played by minor celebrities.

Roxie will have a memorable date with Zadie.

@OldBrit, I wouldn't expect that sort of dress to be a working 'wrestling' dress. The style reminds me vaguely of Revolutionary Girl Utena for Brandy. But a generic prince and princess costume party could have just as easily been the setting for the date.

I wasn't thinking of wrestling work, but of 'celebrity actors'. Pantomimes tend to have important but small parts (such as Cinderella and the Prince) which are filled by the z-list celebrity du jour. Or maybe it was a date at a costume party as you say.
