Re: Nerdy Vices?
Nerdy vices? On a comics forum? Pshaw. Nerds are freaking losers.
Now that I'm done being cheeky--I don't have a name for my sole external harddrive, but I did have flashdrives (now long gone. T_T With unbacked up writing--ugh) named Celeste and Terra, for the female characters in Final Fantasy VI.

My name on the computer is registered as Clark Kent and the computer is named The Eradicator. Lets see what kind of super nerds we have on board that already know the significance of my computers name.

Re: Nerdy Vices?
Ask, Otaku, and you have the former manager of a comic book shop show up. Clark is obviously the easy one, but The Eradicator featured very prominently in the whole "Death of Superman" aftermath... I can just let anyone really curious read the Wikipedia if they want to know more.
Mine is unsurprisingly named Saskia1... my little beastie has even claimed the naming rights to my computer.

They really need to make The Death of Superman into a proper movie. I'm not that big of a superman fan, but I love that entire storyline.

Dan Jurgens is a really cool guy. (Penciler for that book) One of the nicer people in the comic book industry.Bear wrote:They really need to make The Death of Superman into a proper movie. I'm not that big of a superman fan, but I love that entire storyline.

I think I'm addicted. So much weird, creepy, and distubing stuff and I can't stop reading.

The SCP Foundation is pretty awesome. My jaw was on the floor when I found out it was created by 4Chan. I mean, I knew they had creativity, but it's usually channeled towards trolling.mac2 wrote:Here's a good one:

Re: Nerdy Vices?
I've started doing a lot more Internet-related things lately (if somebody had told me a year ago I'd be active on a forum like this I would have seriously doubted it) but I've avoided 4chan. From what I've heard exposing yourself to that much concentrated stupidity can't be good for your sanity.

This wasn't my idea to begin with, but I renamed my iPod "The Titanic", so when I put new music on it it'll say "The Titanic is syncing"

*squeals like a fangirl*
My Kellan Colt Shadowrun Duels figure arrived today.
Also they've finally sent out my order that I was talking about in the Cranky Couch thread. (I canceled the item that was causing the big hold up, as it was something I didn't really need.) So it should be here between this Friday, and next Thursday.
