It might explain what was meant by
"It begins!" and why they ultimately chose Stephanie.
Figures as much, I can't seem to hold down this disdain for these guys. I get they need to find a way to survive, and Steph already agree and had some sort of understanding, but yikes last thing Katie needs is to be away from her sister to such an extent. That's the reason I got a bit peeved at the mothmen in the first place. Well they can travel through space and time I think, but this is going to be months before my disdain for these guys is finally gone.
I just hope Katie will find a way to be okay.?
At least she knows her sister's alive, so maybe that should be enough for her to have faith in what her sister is doing now. I don't know what Katie thinks right now other than trying to help and maybe try to see if Stephanie will be able to come back with her. If not, at least a chance they can see each other again. She didn't come all this way for her to come back empty handed at first, and whatever she feels, I feel with her. Like I said, Steph's always taken care of her, now her attention is going to be on the mothmen and bring back their race. Now I don't vexx the situation that much, my only gripe is the fact because of a prophecy, and their sudden rash action on Mothmen's part, set the whole arc to take place, and they didn't even have a say yet, I don't see an apology just yet, right now action, first talk later. At least an answer will clear this thing enough to affirm this to Kate. 5 months later, she is a cheerleader with the people she put the hurt on, and it wasn't easy almost being by her lonesome. And the fact that time will now change a bit because of past actions of those three in some parts. She went all this way to find her sister and bring her back, only that it seems she is set by duty and responsiblity to stay and help the race, despite their rash actions, so what other choice must Kate take once it gets to this point after the war against the mothmen and reptilians?
As a person who cares about family, especially in the terms of my own, I do feel for her when she set out to find Stephanie. And sometime the end result isn't what she wanted. But at least she knows her sister's alive, and there is a possible means to visit her, so it should be 90% cool.
I guess that's the reason why I might as well keep my disdain for the mothmen a bit longer for now, because I chose to, as a way that some things ends up so awkward because of their actions, which has consequences. Even if everybody is ok with this, I might as well not forget it that easily. Like I said, I know they mean well, but all that sneaking around and abducting, doesn't give them that much points from me to just accept them like that. Honestly, in my case, as I am willing to accept the best possible outcome, I don't have to jump on the bandwagon when it comes to some people's or crystids actions that easy.
P.S. Stephanie probably thought this through just enough that she is going to bring so many lives to the world, she may have the mental strength or not, that's all on what she is going to do, at a cost though. Because you don't gain power like that easily, and not expect to have something even important to you to be so many miles away from you, because you accepted that power. I may have my wishes and gripes but this is still Adam and Michael's story and how they see fit. I just hope they don't pull that kind of thing because of time constraints and other reasons. I know Stephanie is going to be okay, but what about Katie?
