Indeed! I thought Eva's nefarious scheme would be foiled when Marie identified Lavali's girlfriend and alerted Zoe. She wouldn't be risking her plan if she didn't have something in mind to corrupt Marie.

So was Eva hanging around the school (in full supermodel glam rig) just for fun, or does she have a plan in motion?

She's going to have to do something useful to get past Marie's suspicion, given that Marie evidently remembers the nightclub party; presumably, it's going to involve helping her get Alex "back" somehow.

They're not around the school... as evidenced in Panel 1, Marie's already running in town and not in school area anymore (and ended up in a park)

I knew Eva was an evil witch. You just can't find a runaway, soul-crushed pawn so easily and with such perfect timing without using the darkest and most reality-bending of evil magics.

Ah, right, thanks. I just assumed that the school had sprawling buildings and well-planted grounds.
