I once saw someone bring a mounted anime poster onto a plane and they forced the kid to put it into the overhead bin...and it kept coming open!
Personally, I once bought a massive box full of comics while in Denver, CO during a trip to DECA Nationals back in 1998 and I had to get them back home via two flights. This was just a big box wrapped in various forms of tape and shreaded plastic bags. How I ever got past security is anyone's guess.

Then again there are still stories of people stopping 80 year olds from carrying nail files on board planes. If anything all this additional security has made it easier for people to bypass it, the more complicated something is the easier it is to find the weakest link.
I wonder how no one noticed he was carrying an interstate sign or (was it a concert sign?) with him and stopped him because of that reason.Looks to be another great week, adventures out drinking are always fun. My brother once got drunk interstate and came back with a sign that had been stuck outside a concert! It was huge! I wonder how he got it on the plane ?
It gives one a great sense of satisfaction to do it in perfect unison. Michelle Cheung
