Finally got to watch a couple of episodes of White Collar yesterday. Awesome show.

Not that I'm currently watching it, but they've announced who's going to be The Doctor's new companion, and it's this luscious English rose. Normally, brown eyes don't do much for me, but wowsers. I heartily approve.

New Episode of DBZ abridged. Was everything I was hoping for after the brief interaction we got between Goku and "Freezer" in the last one. I almost feel bad for Freeza.

Re: Now Watching....?
Bought it today!!!
Will hopefully getting the full price back from several friends who I wished it from as a birthday present. A bit of a weird system, yeah...
I also contains a bonus DVD with the pilot episode of Boardwalk Empire, which has also gotten very good ratings. 70 minutes, almost a small movie!
Let's see when I can get around to watching it.
In unrelated news, I started watching The Big Bang Theory a while back, a friend of mine has the first three seasons on DVD. We finished the second season last night. Despite a million people telling me I should watch it (me being a physicist and all) I held back for a long time because I really loathe canned laughter!!!
But, okay, I'm convinced. It's fun despite that. My favorite scene so far?? The guys with Leonard's mother in the university cafeteria.

Resurrecting this thread to say I've spent a good portion of the day watching the latest series of Never Mind the Buzzcocks, a brilliant BBC show. Never have I laughed so hard while simultaneously feeling so old for not knowing at least half of the songs/recording artists.

I've been watching Another, I'm only to the second episode and it's already creeping me out.

Re: Now Watching....?
Got home from work, and even though I own the DVD's I caught the end of "The Waters of Mars" and the beginning of "The End of Time" for Doctor Who on BBC America. And I truly miss David Tennant. He did such an excellent job of the Doctor having lost everyone important to him - and while scrambling to find meaning in his existence, finds false purpose in the power he has at his disposal for a time. Such a great job of someone swaggering to cover up how much pain they're in. I'm sorry, Matt Smith, I can't wait until you're off the show.

I've only been able to go by tumblr posts about the show, but yeah I like David Tennant best. Matt Smith is pretty neat too, though. Especially in Angels Take Manhattan. I don't know HOW MANY TIMES I've seen Amy tell that "raggedy man" good bye. He lost his Ponds and he's STILL not over it. So many .gif sets with that scene. The story of Amelia Pond.

Yira... a friend of mine posted this on Facebook recently, and I mentioned that if this happened you'd suddenly become the most die-hard Doctor Who fan of all time.
