We don't know that they haven't been on one of her prior alt-universe trips. There's a lot we don't know, since we are only seeing Naomi's version of the facts and we know that many others who have known Teddy/Teddi have had their memories affected. For now, Naomi is an unreliable narrator. Entertaining but unreliable.

It’s relatively easy to think of good ideas for stories; the hard part is actually writing the damn things. That’s why professional writers get really, really pissed off with idiots who say “I’ve got a great idea for a story; if you write it, we could split the money fifty-fifty!”

So the stories mentioned in passing in this comic are always going to be better than the one we actually see.

True, but my point was that the main story should have been at least comparable to the level of imagination showcased here. It's fine that the abbreviated adventures look better, however, they shouldn't look so much better that it feels insulting how little we were given in the story proper.

But here is the thing, they'll never be as interesting as you're assuming they'll be, especially for you, Olli. You already dislike the comic for how it's written, even if one page seems interesting for you from time to time. If it was stretched out into a full story you'll probably still dislike it anyway, cause its still written by the same person.

Yes, and think back to how well Naomi did on her first adventures most of which we've never seen. We've gotten a few images and descriptions, but it's nothing short of amazing that a high school girl survived all of that so why should it be any different for Jordan and Ginger? I do feel sorry for Prudence since it's stressful enough to keep Naomi safe and now she's got two others, but it goes with the job.

I don't see Charity with them and since she was mentoring Teddi I think she'd have a vested interest in finding them so I hope everything worked out with her. Maybe Teddy reset things for her so she's not in trouble with the heavenly authrorities for her time on Earth or maybe she lost her wings, but enrolled in Artemis. I'm sure she'll find companionship there. I was shipping her and Gabrielle, but I think Calista needs a good girlfriend after everything that went down with Cerise and Gabrielle seems like the kind who can't stick with one girl or guy. I would accept this outcome.

If we're finding Callie a gf, I say introduce her to Brooke. Those two seem like a good fit, and would help Brooke with her crush on Layla

Symbolically appropriate, given their nature, and also convenient. Chloe can keep their temper in check; Charity can teach them control over their powers.

Brooke is a cryptid. Even if Cerise hadn't turned on her the revelation that she was a witch would likely be the end of their relationship. Regardless the experience didn't leave a good impression of cryptids so I don't see her taking a chance again. Charity on the other hand would be a former angel and while she's definitely a supernatural she seems like someone who would be an ally in their fight against demons and not a cryptid.

That's an interesting outcome and similar to one of the postcards I got with the gold edition of Dangerously Chloe where Charity is tugging Chloe into heaven and Lucretia is dragging her into hell. I had to wonder if that might come up as a plot at some point, but it could be repurposed in the way you've described.

It might be nice to have that kind of ending. ^_^ There seems to be zero chance of Teddi/y returning to human, after all. (Still, in all fairness, my track record for predicting the twists and turns of this story is hardly legendary. ;) )

When Naomi tried fighting someone who had proper training, she lost badly. Whereas Ilsa has shown no indication of having any kind of training.

You make a good point since Naomi would need to improve immeasurably after that bout with Gabrielle ended the way it did to beat Ilsa who we've never seen display any immpresive fighting moves, but doesn't really need to considering just how powerful she is.

While I wouldn't rule out an epic fight where somehow Naomi came out on top I'm still leaning on my previous theory that her memories have been altered through magick or a neuralizer depending on how she views it.

Nothing we've seen, so far, suggests she has any power at all. She just seems to be a mean teacher with a drill sergeant's mentality.

Perhaps, but Hell seems to be the kind of place where raw power matters more than political. Ilsa is the Headmistress of Tartarus Academy so her demon ranking must be exceptionally high to keep all of her succubi in line. And seeing as how Teddy was not just twisting her arm, but her very molecular structure to get the contract voided and she still wouldn't budge should be a clue about how much stamina Ilsa has.
